About Chandel
Founder | Change Manager & Business Consultant
With a passion for improving the corporate world we work in, Chandel Hermelijn founded ChangeCo in 2019. She brings this passion into practice by helping companies execute complex (large-scale) business transformation projects.
Chandel believes that an effective business transformation approach needs to be tailored to fit the organisation and its employees. She combines her analytical and organizational skills with people knowledge and expertise to realize lasting change.
- Background:
- Experience as Senior (Management) Consultant at a Big Four consultancy firm
- BSc degree in Business Admininistration and MSc degree in Finance and Investments
- Training in the fields of Prince2, AgilePM and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Experience reaches from Financial Services (Asset Management, Pension Funds, Banking and Insurance) to multi-national corporations
- Can easily adapt to new companies/ programs/ projects and thrives in diverse international environments
